Role Description:

The National Director of Sales is a full-time remote position responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and cultivating a successful sales team to meet and/or exceed performance metrics. This position oversees the day-to-day sales and client services functions of EDPS.

Qualifications:
  • MUST HAVE DOCUMENTED SUCCESSFUL SALES LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSING/MERCHANT SERVICES INDUSTRY!
  • Proven track record in hiring account managers in the merchant services industry.
  • Documented proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to getting the job done successfully.
  • Exceptional hiring and coaching skills.
  • Unrivaled sales and sales management skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while building team continuity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
