Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. seeks a Director of Leadership Development to lead, design, and implement nationwide leadership development initiatives.

You will partner with the National Director of Education, Regional Directors, and executive leaders to ensure programs are practical, scalable, and impactful across the enterprise. You will track progress, measure impact, and continuously sharpen offerings, while traveling about 30% to engage with sites and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years regional level experience in Environmental Services.
• Experience in Patient Observation and/or Patient Transport is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align program needs with senior leaders and departments.
• Assess and address skills gaps with operations, HR and education.
• Design, develop, and deliver new leadership development programs.
• Provide field-level operational insight for program design.
• Track participant growth and program engagement.
• Prepare monthly progress and initiative reports.
• Foster tiered leadership development pathways.
• Ensure programs are on-brand and aligned with goals.
