Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Learning & Development (Leadership Development) to design, implement, and manage leadership development programs that build leadership capability across the organization.

You will partner with senior leaders, HR, and Talent Development to create scalable learning solutions and measure impact. The role oversees curriculum, coaching, mentoring, development pathways, and program evaluation, with a focus on succession planning, leadership readiness,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year experience in a learning and development role.
• Experience designing and implementing leadership development initiatives at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide development programs aligned to business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise development programs across AmAPAC that strengthen leadership capability, business acumen, and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior business leaders, HR, and Talent Development teams to identify capability gaps and create development strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Conduct organizational needs assessments and translate business requirements into scalable learning and development solutions.
• Design and manage leadership and professional development programs that enhance employee effectiveness, leadership readiness, and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with global and regional partners to ensure development programs remain relevant, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
