Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts seeks a National Director of Group Sales to lead prospecting and closing of group business and to build enterprise relationships across all Trailborn properties. The role requires strategy, strong negotiation, and travel readiness to drive national group revenue.

Responsibilities include ownership of targets, development of portfolio sales strategies, and collaboration with property teams and partners to open new opportunities and maximize production.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years in hotel sales at a senior level.
• Experience with branded and non-branded hotels and resorts.
• Experience with resort hotels; Marriott or independent brands preferred.
• Analytical and personable by nature; proactive hunter who closes new business.
• Ability to travel regularly to Trailborn properties and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-wide group sales revenue targets and market share across all Trailborn properties.
• Execute hotel-specific sales plans with budgets, forecasts, and performance goals.
• Develop enterprise relationships through prospecting, corporate, association and planner partnerships.
• Represent Trailborn at industry events and drive new group business on the books.
• Champion the Trailborn brand in the sales process and coordinate with property and regional teams.
