Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive group, corporate, leisure, and special event business while maximizing resort revenue and profitability. You will cultivate relationships with clients, planners, and partners, ensuring superior service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of hotel or resort sales experience.
• Proven success in group and corporate sales.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new group, corporate, association, SMERF, and leisure business.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through proactive account management.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual presentations, and site inspections.
• Respond promptly to RFPs and inquiries.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and concessions within established guidelines.
• Develop annual sales plans and market strategies.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive trends.
