Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Digital Enablement Director to build a digital-first culture across regions. You will lead a national team, partner with Digital, Commercial and Product, and drive adoption of digital tools to achieve measurable outcomes.

You will shape change management narratives, develop market-ready playbooks, and collaborate with senior leaders to accelerate digital initiatives and revenue growth. This is a high-visibility leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years experience in digital, sales, or sales operations.
• Understanding of B2B commerce, CRM, agile, and commercial sales processes.
• Strong change management skills across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage senior leaders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the national digital enablement strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Provide direction and support for Enablement Managers to execute activities.
• Define operating model, roles, escalation paths, and handoffs.
• Develop digital goals connecting ecommerce growth to business outcomes.
• Track regional performance using data, dashboards, and AI tools.
• Remove adoption barriers through process changes and coaching.
• Lead SG Champions Club and scale enablement programs.
• Collaborate with product teams to share market feedback and roadmaps.
