Job summary

CCI General Contractors LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance on federal construction projects from our East-South Central line, reporting to the Eglin AFB, Florida site.

The role requires OSHA 30 USACE CQM certification, proficiency with Procore and RMS, and proven leadership in quality control on federal work. You will develop and maintain quality plans, oversee inspections, and drive remedial actions.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour USACE CQM Certification.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Proven experience as a QCM on federal projects.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan for projects per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review and certify submittals, plans, and specifications meet contract requirements, coordinating evaluations and testing.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards and reduce deficiencies.
• Manage and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections of materials, workmanship, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system and address non-conformance with timely corrective actions.
