Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Construction Executive for a national travel role, leading multi-site projects across the USA. You will oversee budgets, scheduling, quality control, invoicing, and client satisfaction, coordinating with senior leadership and diverse teams to deliver complex electrical and technologies installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, construction management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of project management and project leadership experience with projects of all sizes; minimum 5 years of people management; field construction experience helpful.
• Minimum 5+ years in a designer role may be required for some divisions; keen knowledge of the managed business unit.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costs, systems design and safety standards; proficiency with estimating and contracting.
• LEAN methodologies and/or similar applications; strong process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to create functional strategies, objectives, and drive business development and client relationships.
• Create project execution strategies and manage bidding, budgeting, preconstruction, procurement, billing, and closeout to ensure client satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
• Plan and manage project activities to optimize labor, materials, and equipment; ensure plans and milestones align with contract specifications.
• Provide management oversight, communicate with project teams and contractors on costs, staffing, scheduling, and documents.
• Build strategic relationships with clients, foremen, vendors, and stakeholders reflecting company values.
• Provide hiring, mentoring, coaching, and training to staff; deliver regular performance feedback.
• Create and manage annual financial budgets; stay aligned with company policies and procedures; promote DEI and ethical practices.
• Utilize LEAN concepts to drive efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Travel to project sites nationwide as needed.
