Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is hiring a Community Engagement Coordinator to build connections with communities nationwide and bridge alumni programs with outreach. You will host virtual support meetings, develop an Alumni Portal, and drive advocacy through stories, events, and campaigns.

The role emphasizes relationship-building across diverse audiences, with occasional evenings/weekends and collaboration with Marketing to reflect our values and drive admissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health, community outreach, social services, or patient engagement.
• Familiarity with OCD, anxiety disorders, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience planning and executing community events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the alumni program with outreach strategies.
• Host virtual support meetings several times weekly with session guides.
• Recruit, train, and manage alumni advocates nationwide.
• Create written/multimedia content for meetings, portal, emails, and social media.
• Track participation and report trends with cross-functional teams.
