Job summary

Caring Across Generations is seeking an Alumni Network Coordinator to keep Care Fellowship alumni connected to the organization and to each other. Reporting to the Associate Director of Training, the coordinator will manage outreach, scheduling for network events, and communications to advance engagement goals.

Collaborating with Digital, Campaigns, Communications, and Culture Change teams, you will connect alumni to storytelling, leadership opportunities, and campaign programs, while tracking

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience working for causes and movements, with experience in organizing, community outreach, or program coordination.
• Experience coordinating networks, events, or programs, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and in digital tools for outreach and storytelling, such as Asana, Slack, or a constituent database.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Care Fellowship alumni network, including an up-to-date alumni database, contact information, and engagement history.
• Implement alumni engagement goals and programs in partnership with the Associate Director and the Training Manager, tracking priorities and timelines.
• Support the development of a ladder of engagement and host regular conversations with the Care Fellow Network.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for network events, calls, and trainings, and manage communications like newsletters and invitations.
• Collaborate with Digital, Campaigns, Communications, and Culture Change teams to connect alumni to storytelling, campaigns, and leadership opportunities.
