Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers seeks a Community Engagement Coordinator to build and sustain connections between our centers and communities. You will bridge alumni programs with outreach, turning clients into advocates and amplifying our mission through events and storytelling.

The role supports programs across locations and requires flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends, with a public-facing, national presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health, community outreach, social services, or patient engagement.
• Experience with OCD, anxiety disorders, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience planning and executing community events.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the alumni program with outreach and re-engagement.
• Host virtual support meetings and create facilitation guides.
• Develop Alumni Portal with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical, and Marketing on goals.
