First American's TitleVest/Direct National Solutions team is seeking a Commercial Operations Supervisor to lead national title production and operations, coordinating with underwriting, escrow and production to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in title/escrow and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with a proven ability to manage staff, enforce compliance, and drive process improvements across departments.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of directly related experience.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• National title and escrow experience.
• Ability to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the departmental level.

Mansioni

• Supervises the day-to-day operational activities of title production employees working on national transactions.
• Delegate tasks, manage workflow and make recommendations for staffing needs; interview candidates and conduct performance reviews.
• Implement processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time and productivity.
• Assist with personnel management and goal setting.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to manager.
