Job summary

First American’s Direct division seeks a Senior Director, Core Market Operations to lead title and escrow operations with P&L accountability across markets. This role reports to executive leadership and emphasizes data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and scalable growth.

The position requires cross-functional leadership, a technology-focused mindset, and the ability to partner with Sales to accelerate market performance while guiding organizational change.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in title, escrow, real estate services, or a closely related industry.
• Experience owning P&L and multi-site or regional operations.
• Ability to develop growth strategies and lead transformational programs.
• Strong technology orientation, financial and analytical acumen.
• Ability to build leadership teams and partner with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own overall P&L and drive revenue, profitability, and operating objectives.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities and set priorities.
• Develop and execute a state strategy with Sales leadership.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation and change readiness.
• Lead title and escrow operations across multiple offices and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Sales to align growth and customer focus.
