Acushnet Company, maker of Titleist, seeks a Club Builder Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across the US. You will manage a national portfolio of accounts, develop strategic growth plans, and ensure top-tier service and execution with partners like club builders, fitters, and performance centers.

You will train staff on product technology, strengthen brand advocacy, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to launch new products and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (BS or BA).
• 8+ years in golf industry with club fitting or equipment sales.
• 3+ years account management with sales growth track record.
• Advanced club fitting, equipment tech, club building knowledge.
• Experience with Component & Club Builder channel.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of the Club Builder channel across the US.
• Own a national portfolio of accounts; develop growth plans.
• Manage revenue performance and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and others.
• Train and advocate for Titleist products; drive launches.
• Forecast demand and identify new partnership opportunities.
