Titleist, part of Acushnet Company, in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a Club Builder Channel Sales Manager to drive growth in the national club builder channel and manage account performance. You will work with buyers, fitters and master club builders to boost sales and execute product launches.

The role trains partners, strengthens brand advocacy, and coordinates with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to optimize inventory and events, travel about 30% nationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; BS or BA.
• 8+ years in the golf industry with club fitting or related roles.
• 3+ years of account management and sales growth experience.
• Expertise in club fitting, equipment tech, and club building.
• Experience with the Component & Club Builder channel.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous, with ability to cover a large territory.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the national Club Builder channel and manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Develop strategic growth plans, manage revenue performance, and ensure excellent service.
• Collaborate with buyers, fitters, club builders, and corporate teams to drive launches and inventory optimization.
• Train partners, build brand advocacy, and strengthen industry relationships.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Service.
