What You Will Be Doing

Join Titleist and help shape how the game’s most dedicated golfers experience and purchase premium golf equipment. As the Club Builder Channel Sales Manager, you will lead the growth of one of our most specialized and influential business channels, serving component partners, club builders, indoor performance centers, and off‑course fitting locations across the United States. In this field‑based sales leadership role, you will own a national portfolio of accounts, developing strategic growth plans, managing revenue performance, and ensuring exceptional service and execution across every customer touchpoint. You will work directly with corporate buyers, sales teams, club fitters, and master club builders to increase sales, optimize inventory, support fitting and demo programs, and drive successful product launches. Beyond sales, you will serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, delivering product and technology training, building advocacy for the Titleist brand, and strengthening relationships with some of the industry's most influential fitting professionals. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to execute consumer events, develop channel‑specific programs, forecast demand, improve business performance, and identify new partnership opportunities. This role offers significant visibility and impact, with responsibility for driving growth within a multi‑million‑dollar channel and helping more dedicated golfers experience the performance benefits of properly fit Titleist equipment.

  • Advanced expertise in club fitting, golf equipment technology, and golf club building.
  • Experience working with or supporting the Component & Club Builder channel.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence everyone from retail fitters and sales associates to corporate decision‑makers.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated professional with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/database tools, and launch monitor technology (Trackman, Foresight, or similar).
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. approximately 30% of the time.
  • Existing network and relationships within the club fitting, club building, or performance golf industry.
Our Commitment to You
  • From the start, you and your family, including domestic partners, will benefit from a comprehensive suite of health and well‑being programs.
  • Enjoy the advantages of paid time off, an onsite fitness center, acupuncture, physical therapy, wellness coaches, and more.
