Acushnet Company, home of Titleist and FootJoy, is hiring a Club Builder Channel Sales Manager to lead a national portfolio of accounts across the United States. In this field-based leadership role, you will drive revenue growth, develop strategic plans, and ensure top-tier service and execution at every touchpoint with club builders, performance centers, and off-course fitting locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in golf industry including club fitting or related roles.
• 3+ years of account management with proven growth.
• Advanced expertise in club fitting and golf equipment technology.
• Experience with Component & Club Builder channel.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of a national portfolio of accounts and develop strategic growth plans.
• Manage revenue performance and ensure exceptional service across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with buyers, sales teams, club fitters and master builders to grow sales and launches.
• Deliver product and technology training and build brand advocacy.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations to execute events, forecast demand and programs.
