Acushnet Company is seeking a dynamic Fitting Specialist to join our elite team. You will deliver exceptional golf club fitting experiences at consumer events and Titleist activations across the Southern Massachusetts territory, leveraging TrackMan and other fitting tech to tailor recommendations to each golfer.

The role requires strong customer service, a passion for golf performance, and the ability to manage logistics for up to 75 events per season.

Qualifications

2+ years of club fitting experience required.
Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities.
Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card required.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations.
Support Southern Massachusetts territory and ~75 events per season.
Provide personalized recommendations using fitting data and product knowledge.
Coordinate event logistics and maintain relationships with golfers and partners.
Act as a Titleist brand ambassador and leverage fitting technology to maximize performance.
