Job summary

Infobip ltd. is seeking a National Channel Account Executive to cultivate and scale our partner ecosystem across the United States.

You will recruit and enable Technology Services Distributors, agents, and subagents, guiding customers through sales and implementation to drive measurable revenue impact. You’ll expand the channel footprint by building lasting relationships with TSDs and partners, manage a robust Salesforce pipeline, and stay ahead of telecom and SaaS product shifts.

Qualifications

• >5 years of experience in Channel, Telecom, and/or SaaS sales, with a strong telecom background
• >Established partner network and proven agent/subagent relationships
• >Proven success managing relationships with Technology Services Distributors (TSDs)
• >Deep knowledge of Channel Sales dynamics and TSD ecosystems
• >Familiarity with SD-WAN, SIP, Data, Toll-Free, Messaging, and SaaS products
• >Proficiency with Salesforce and Office tools
• >Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
• >Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with Technology Services Distributors (TSDs).
• Recruit, onboard, train, and enable new channel partners, including agents and subagents.
• Guide customers through full sales and implementation process.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and sales funnel.
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue quotas.
• Stay current on product releases and tech landscape shifts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partner and customer success.
