Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a National Key Account Channel Manager – Linear Technologies to strategically lead partner relationships across the United States. The role requires building robust channel strategies, onboarding new distributors, and aligning with leadership to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automation sales/channel management, strong CRM and communication skills, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Travel up to 50% nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in automation sales/channel management.
• Strong knowledge of automation industry and mechanical concepts.
• Proven ability to plan and implement sales strategies.
• Experience with CRM systems and partner networks.
• Experience with international manufacturers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with leadership to drive channel partner performance.
• Achieve/exceed sales targets through indirect channels and national partnerships.
• Foster and manage relationships with national partners at executive levels and sales teams; provide training as needed.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners (distributors) across the United States.
• Coordinate with regional partners to set and achieve annual sales targets.
