Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level National Carrier Rep 1 to build carrier relationships and drive freight sales. You will track and trace shipments, utilize truckload software, and uphold safety standards while supporting daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer focus, problem-solving, and clear communication with dispatchers and customers, with a pathway to grow within logistics and transportation analytics.

Position Summary:As the National Carrier Rep 1, you will work on building relationships with carriers and dispatchers to help faciliate the customer freight we have. You will work on building a book of business to help understand market knowledge and changes in the industry.
