Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Florida seeks a Builder Sales Analyst to drive relationships with National Builder site locations and manage builder trade accounts. You will train teams, lead meetings, and collaborate with order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires building key relationships, training capabilities, and strong communication skills, with preference for experience in builder or home appliance sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service or training experience.
• Experience in new construction building industry and with home appliances in retail is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus and strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with contacts at National Builder sites within the territory.
• Deliver product and process trainings to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in Welcome Meetings and construction meetings to support brand partnership and knowledge.
• Collaborate with order management and fulfillment to ensure reliable order delivery.
• Raise issues to the National Builder Manager and drive root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Meet with division teams regularly to foster rapport and collaboration.
• Educate builder contacts on policy and processes as needed.
