K&N Appliance Gallery is seeking a motivated Builder Sales Assistant to support our Builder Sales Associates. This role manages orders, tracks projects from quote to installation, and coordinates with purchasing for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process appliance package quotes for new construction and renovation projects.
• Track and manage builder projects from initial quote to final installation.
• Coordinate with purchasing for product availability and timely delivery.
• Process builder orders with accuracy and align with project specs.
• Communicate updates to builders and internal teams, and manage installation sequencing.
• Maintain builder account records and generate status reports.
• Handle invoicing and assist accounts receivable as needed.
