Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Olympia, WA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Northwest region to lead 12 market managers and 2 Market Development Representatives, owning the regional P&L and delivering strong retail and contract/builder growth.

You will partner with regional leadership to drive strategy, coaching, and continuous improvement across the sales organization, while building a high-performance, in-person team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 5+ years of strategic selling and negotiating in the home appliance marketplace.
• Past selling experience in home appliances.
• Analytical and continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Exceptional communication skills and detailed follow up.

Responsibilities

• Lead 12 market managers and 2 Market Development Representatives.
• Master the regional P&L with ownership of quota attainment.
• Develop and execute retail and contract/builder strategies.
• Drive growth across the Northwest region.
• Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and collaboration.
