Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a strategic leader to own and scale national and regional brokerage partnerships. You’ll define scalable partner programs, build executive relationships, and influence cross-functional teams to establish a reliable broker channel for long-term revenue growth.

The role requires deep HCM expertise, broker ecosystem experience, and a proven ability to translate relationships into measurable business results. Remote with US-wide scope, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, alliance management, or related roles.
• Direct experience within the broker ecosystem and understanding of how national and regional brokerage firms operate.
• Experience in HCM, HR technology, benefits, payroll, insurance, or related SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the broker partnership strategy with national and regional firms.
• Own a portfolio of priority brokerage brands and grow partner-sourced revenue.
• Build relationships with brokerage executives to position BambooHR as a preferred HR tech partner.
• Create joint business plans aligning growth objectives, targets, and enablement activities.
• Develop scalable programs to help brokers identify and support sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure a consistent broker experience.
• Establish operating cadence for planning, forecasting, and partner reviews.
