Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a National Director of Business Development Operations to standardize and scale BD across the organization. The role sits between BD executives and regional teams, building the operating system behind growth and ensuring data-driven decision making.

The position requires 10+ years in BD/Revenue Ops, deep CRM expertise, and experience with design/build or EPC environments. You will lead KPI development, training, SOPs, and cross-functional alignment to optimize the BD

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience in design/build construction, EPC, and/or construction sales training preferred.
• Demonstrated success building scalable Business Development systems.
• Strong CRM expertise and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent national business development operating model across regions.
• Create KPIs, dashboards, and performance standards for BD activities.
• Drive CRM discipline and data integrity; lead pipeline governance and forecasting.
• Develop training programs, SOPs, and BD onboarding; scale best practices.
• Align BD with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and finance for holistic execution.
