Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing in Holmes, PA is seeking a National Sales Executive to build a national and multi-location client base. The role focuses on outbound B2B prospecting, cold calling, and developing target accounts across the country, with support from leadership to craft proposals and drive early-stage opportunities.

You will identify decision-makers, manage long sales cycles, and transition wins to the internal team for quoting and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and new business development experience through outbound prospecting.
• Experience building a sales pipeline from scratch with target accounts.
• Experience selling to multi-location or national accounts.
• Ability to manage long B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM to document activity and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with national and regional multi-location companies.
• Build a B2B sales pipeline through cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, lead generation.
• Research and develop target-account lists for national, regional, multi-site organizations.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers in corporate real estate, facilities, and brand management.
• Secure initial meetings, qualify opportunities, and manage longer sales cycles.
