Qualifications

4+ years in business development or sales in B2B chemical/cleaning sectors.
Proven success hunting for new business with distributors.
Experience selling solution-based or formulation-based products.
Willingness to travel nationally (50–75%).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a business development plan to grow sales across a national territory.
Identify, prospect, and secure new customers for hand-care products, sanitizers, cleaners, and dispensing systems.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners to support long-term growth.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and close, including coordination of trials/validations and implementation support as needed.
Grow existing accounts through cross-sell/upsell opportunities and expanded product/program adoption.
