The role involves ensuring quality standards are met, managing client relationships, and preparing project estimates and budgets. Relocation to various project locations across the United States is required, making this position ideal for adaptable candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in ground-up commercial projects, preferably in light industrial/cold storage.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understands construction laws, building codes, and reads blueprints correctly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, management, and execution of construction projects.

• Prepare estimates, project budgets, and coordinate meetings.
• Manage project progress and client pay requests.
