Job summary

Crump in Provo, Utah is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales professional to grow our life insurance and financial services book. You will prospect, profile producers, and build lasting relationships with agents and clients while meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM activity and collaborating with licensing, illustrations, case management, underwriting, and commissions teams, while staying current on industry, tax and regulatory issues to support compliant

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales experience with life insurance products in the insurance industry or related financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Proven ability to build sales production metrics on a consistent basis each month along with strong client retention and satisfaction metrics.
• Understanding of current market issues and trends as it relates to the insurance/financial industry and tax-related ramifications.
• Proven track record of progressive sales quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create new business brokerage/sales activity via the distribution of Annuity products to agents nationwide.
• Prospect and profile producers for new and existing insurance sales opportunities for a defined sales channel, product line and/or solution center.
• Incrementally grow book of business, maintain proactive sales relationships with producers of respective territory and/or assigned channel/products/accounts.
• Maintain sales production metrics on a monthly basis, build appropriate sales inventory and achieve sales production plan.
• Work with Crump's operations teams (licensing, illustrations, case management, underwriting, commissions, etc.) to effectively issue and place policies.
• Remain contemporary on relevant industry, legislative and tax-related issues.
• Provide feedback from agents on product marketing, processing and other related customer service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) activity records.
