Crump in Utah is seeking a sales professional to expand our annuity products business with agents nationwide. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship building, and meeting sales targets.

You will collaborate with Crump's operations teams to issue policies, maintain CRM records, and stay informed on industry and tax developments affecting clients. A bachelor degree and two years of life insurance sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Two years of successful sales experience with life insurance products.
• Proven ability to build sales production metrics on a consistent basis each month with strong client retention and satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Crump and appropriate channel/product line is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and create new business brokerage/sales activity via annuity products to agents nationwide through digital and face-to-face meetings.
• Incrementally grow book of business and maintain proactive relationships with producers in assigned territory or channel.
• Maintain monthly sales production metrics and achieve sales production plans.
• Collaborate with Crump's operations teams to issue and place policies.
• Stay informed on industry, legislative and tax-related issues affecting clients.
• Provide feedback from agents on product marketing and processes.
• Make proactive sales calls as required.
• Maintain CRM activity records.
