Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to grow the distribution of annuity products through agents nationwide. You will engage at conferences, meetings, and agencies, building a robust book of business and fostering strong relationships with producers.

You will collaborate with Crump's teams, maintain CRM records, and stay informed on market and regulatory developments to place policies successfully.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency with PC's in a Windows environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Two years of successful sales experience with life insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and profile producers for new and existing insurance sales opportunities for a defined sales channel, product line and/or solution center.
• Utilize and understand internal resources to capitalize on team results.
• Incrementally grow book of business, account, territory, etc. to reflect strategic business plan requirements.
• Maintain proactive sales relationships with producers through ongoing profiling and relationship-building.
• Maintain sales production metrics monthly and achieve sales production plan.
• Work with Crump's operations teams to effectively issue and place policies.
• Remain current on industry, legislative and tax-related issues.
• Provide feedback from agents on product marketing and service issues.
• Make required volume of proactive sales calls.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity records.
