Job summary

Crump in Utah is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive annuity product distribution to agents nationwide through digital and in-person outreach. You will prospect producers, grow the book of business, and collaborate with operations to issue policies.

The role emphasizes maintaining sales metrics, relationships, and proactive calls while staying current on market and tax-related issues. Strong CRM discipline and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance sales or financial services.
• Ability to build relationships and hit quotas.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create new business brokerage/sales activity via annuity product distribution to agents nationwide through digital and face-to-face visits at conferences, meetings, agencies and agents directly.
• Prospect and profile producers for new and existing insurance sales opportunities for a defined sales channel, product line and/or solution center.
• Incrementally grow book of business, maintain proactive sales relationships with producers in the territory and/or assigned channel/products/accounts.
• Maintain sales production metrics monthly, build appropriate sales inventory and achieve the sales plan.
• Collaborate with Crump operations teams (licensing, illustrations, case management, underwriting, commissions) to issue and place policies.
• Remain current on industry, legislative and tax-related issues.
• Provide feedback from agents on product marketing, processing and customer service issues.
• Make the required volume of proactive sales calls.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity records.
