Spectrum Reach is seeking a Director of National Sales to lead national core and political sales, manage several managers, and drive revenue in assigned markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams, develop strategy, and mentor a high-energy sales culture that delivers results.

This role requires extensive leadership experience, a track record with major agencies, and the ability to navigate complex accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media sales experience.
• 5+ years of National Sales experience, ideally with Rep firms.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with major advertising agencies.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record as a team builder.
• Thrives in high-energy environments with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Own budget attainment for your region and present quarterly strategy plans to Spectrum Reach leadership.
• Lead and inspire a team of National Sales Managers, fostering a growth mindset and customer-first culture.
• Apply a sharp understanding of the evolving media ecosystem to drive revenue and value.
• Develop winning strategies for key accounts and serve as the primary contact for Spectrum Reach Enterprise.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agencies, and major accounts across Spectrum footprint.
