Qualifications

• 10+ years of media sales experience.
• 5+ years in National Sales, ideally with Rep firms.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with major advertising agencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own budget attainment for your region and present quarterly strategy plans.
• Lead and inspire a team of National Sales Managers.
• Apply understanding of the evolving media ecosystem to drive revenue.
• Develop winning strategies for key accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, agencies, and major accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape sales strategy.
• Negotiate, pitch opportunities, and drive closed business.
• Deliver high-level account stewardship with support teams.
• Track performance and forecast attainment.
• Lead core and political ad sales activities in territory.
