Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking a Director of National Sales to drive revenue and lead a high-energy sales culture across national markets in the Detroit area. You will oversee key client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to implement sales strategies that align with company goals.

You will manage a team of National Sales Managers, foster growth, and work with major advertising agencies to maximize account performance and share of wallet.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of media sales experience.
• 5+ years in National Sales, ideally partnering with Rep firms.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience working with major advertising agencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own budget attainment for your region, presenting quarterly strategy plans to Spectrum Reach leadership and reporting on results.
• Lead and inspire a team of National Sales Managers, fostering a growth mindset and customer-first culture.
• Apply understanding of the evolving media ecosystem to drive revenue and value.
• Develop winning strategies for key accounts and serve as the primary contact for the Spectrum Reach Enterprise.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, agency partners, and major accounts across the Spectrum footprint.
