Job summary

EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications, seeking a Technical Sales Representative for National Accounts. You will build and manage national contracts and relationships across multiple accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and ensure customer success.

You'll drive sales, craft competitive proposals, and coordinate with field staff to expand margins while representing EnerSys with professionalism and technical credibility

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and proven success.
• Ability to translate technical specs into commercial applications and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Attaining sales, service and signed contract quotas as assigned
• Profiling accounts and negotiating contracts
• Collaborating with sales and service network to maintain accounts
• Acting as product specialist to drive sales and margins
• Keeping field staff trained on product lines
• Travel: 30-50% to meet with customers and accounts
