Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of sales support, customer service, order management, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and maintain reports.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, confident communication skills (phone and email) and the ability to build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor National and Major Account orders from entry through shipment.
• Ensure routing, labeling, and compliance requirements are followed; resolve issues to avoid chargebacks.
• Investigate and resolve compliance fines prior to remittance deductions.
• Maintain item setup/content across customer platforms; support onboarding and data accuracy.
