Job summary

Summit Fire Consulting is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to serve as the primary interface with national account customers under the National Accounts Team Lead. You will coordinate onboarding, schedule work orders, assist with invoices, and support national account managers to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate/bachelor preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English with employees, customers, and directors.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with national account customers.
• Attend and prepare for weekly meetings with Account Coordinator Lead.
• Lead onboarding for new national account customers.
• Audit and validate national account administrative needs.
