Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Inside Sales, customer service, account management, or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills, including data filtering and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP for order processing.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle from pricing submissions to order fulfillment.
• Process daily business purchase orders using SAP.
• Coordinate daily shipments and maintain high On-Time Delivery levels.
• Provide regular updates on order status and delivery risks.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and manage returns, replacements, and reworks.
