Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an entry-level National Accounts Support Coordinator to join the National Accounts Support department. You will coordinate contracted service work between commercial accounts, the franchise owner, and the vendor, ensuring timely execution and billing accuracy.

You will handle invoicing, maintain digital records, and provide reporting to vendors and management.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Google Suite.
• A high school diploma with some college coursework.
• The ability to work in office in Ann Arbor.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and understanding the vendor contracts
• Reviewing work orders and service reports
• Creating invoices for the vendor once work is completed
• Communicating via email and phone with both the vendor and franchise owner, providing an excellent customer service experience
• Maintaining an organized system of digital records
• Providing reporting to vendors and management
• Other duties as assigned
