Johnson Controls seeks a Service Sales Representative to promote service agreements for commercial building systems and grow recurring revenue across national accounts. You will build trusted customer relationships, qualify opportunities, and drive revenue growth while traveling regularly within the Seattle, Spokane, and Alaska territory.

You will collaborate with service teams and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and successful project execution, supported by a structured sales process

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling a service, intangible, or technical product.
• Prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, and closing deals.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and meet quotas.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Seattle, Spokane, and Alaska.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems and related services.
• Qualify prospects and develop opportunities within National Account and multi-site organizations.
• Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, operations leaders, and other site-level decision makers.
• Manage a territory encompassing Seattle, Spokane, and Alaska with a healthy opportunity pipeline.
• Submit sales reports and maintain accurate records of activity and backlogs.
