Join our Mud Pie in-house national accounts team! Key responsibilities include overseeing

order fulfillment, managing sample requests and fulfillment, supporting sales staff with

travel and presentation needs, tracking department goals and providing item setup and

customer support. This position requires strong organizational, analytical and

communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). This position

demands effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-faced environment

that is highly interactive with all areas of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and management of in-house national accounts
• Work closely with operations team to ensure all assigned accounts’ orders process on time and meet any additional added services as outlined in each customers vendor guide
• Follow Key Account orders, auditing cartons, checking for correct labeling in order to reduce warehouse errors and chargebacks from major accounts
• Coordinate with warehouse and VAS (Value Added Services) teams for order processing
• Travel Support
• Sample shipment/tracking
• Line sheets/binding
• Monthly management of Goal tracker
• Item setup and customer support
• Market recaps/images
• Line Sheet updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years’ work experience as an administrative assistant or in a sales support position
• Expert level competency in Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing (internally and externally)
• Extremely strong organizational, analytical and presentation skills
• Time management /multi-tasking skills – must be able to work at an extremely fast pace and manage multiple projects at the same time to meet required deadlines
• Ability to pro-actively solve problems within area of responsibility and find solutions independent of the involvement of superiors
