Qualifications

• Associate's or technical degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in commercial lighting/electrical distribution or general contracting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools.
• Technical aptitude to learn lighting systems products and services.
• Independent contributor who also works well in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good judgment.
• Ability to consult stakeholders before critical decisions.
• Customer-focused with assertiveness to drive action for superior service.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of National Account and Vertical Solutions teams with strategic sales and customer support initiatives.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sales activities across sales, design, quotations, project management, operations, and support.
• Liaise between direct sellers, agents, contractors, and customers for clear communication and project execution.
• Create and maintain channel and vertical reporting content and cadence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
• Support customer outreach, prospecting, and demand-generation campaigns.
• Drive accountability and follow-up on opportunities and commitments.
• Assist in managing sales pipeline and using lead gen tools to generate qualified leads.
• Contribute to development of best practices, training resources, and tools.
