Together, Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a National Accounts Project Manager in California to partner with National Account Executives, manage all aspects of existing business, and coordinate Customer Service, Sales Professionals, and Sales Management as needed.

You will guide National Account projects and support consistent reviews with the sales team. This role demands a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of B2B experience, strong organization, project management, and people skills, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B experience in customer service, sales, or buying.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and implementation of Key Account projects.
• Lead and coordinate business reviews with Sales and Account teams.
• Review commission reports to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Hold weekly team meetings to set priorities and assignments.
• Define tasks, resources, and schedules for projects.
• Direct and motivate internal/external resources to peak performance.
• Track deliverables and monitor progress for stakeholders.
• Travel to key account locations as needed (≈10%).
