Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a National Accounts Project Manager to partner with National Account Executives and oversee all facets of existing business.

You will direct customer service, Sales Professionals, and collaborate with Sales Management, Corrugated Specialists, and Equipment Specialists to drive national account projects and standardize reviews. The role requires coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B experience in customer service, sales support, or related role.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated project and people management experience.
• MS Office suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of Key Account projects.
• Coordinate business reviews with Sales Manager and Account Manager; support presentations.
• Review vendor reports to identify margin improvement opportunities by account or product category.
• Hold weekly team meetings to align priorities and assignments.
• Define project tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Direct and motivate internal and external resources to peak performance.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders; manage travel to key locations (~10%).
