Job summary

Shorr Packaging Corp. is seeking a National Accounts Project Manager to partner with National Account Executives, directing customer service, and coordinating Sales, Corrugated Specialists, and Equipment Specialists on nationwide projects.

You will lead planning and implementation of Key Account projects, develop business reviews, monitor progress, and travel to key locations as needed (about 10%). The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year B2B experience, preferably in packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B experience as a customer service rep, sales assistant, sales professional or buyer.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of Key Account projects.
• Lead and coordinate business reviews with Sales Manager and Account Manager.
• Review commission reports and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Hold weekly team meetings to set priorities.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Direct and motivate internal and external resources for peak performance.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Monitor and report progress to stakeholders.
• Travel to key account locations as needed (≈10%).
