Shorr Packaging Corp. seeks a National Accounts Project Manager to partner with National Account Executives in managing all aspects of existing business, directing customer service, and coordinating Sales, Corrugated, and Equipment teams as necessary.

Responsibilities include directing projects, developing business review procedures, and ensuring timely deliverables. Responsibilities also include leading project planning, coordinating with Sales Manager and Account Manager, reviewing vendor

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B customer service or sales support experience.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning and implementation of National Account projects.
• Lead and coordinate business reviews with Sales Manager and Account Manager; coordinate with Branch Administration.
• Review reports to identify margin improvement opportunities by customer/product.
• Hold weekly team meetings; assign priorities and tasks.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements; track deliverables.
