Job summary

Clopay Corporation in Troy, Ohio, is seeking a National Accounts - Project Coordinator to support the national accounts sales team and coordinate projects for both commercial and residential customers.

You will manage accounts, quotes, and contracts while coordinating with contractors and end users, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation. Strong CRM and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Customer service experience and basic computer skills (MS Windows, Excel, Office, Word, PowerPoint).
• CRM, Oracle, Wind Code and related product knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: set up new accounts, credit applications, pricing approvals, quotes, orders, and communications.
• Project Management: bid coordination with general contractors and end users, and review of value-add options.
• Verify insurance and contractor license requirements for CBPC and installing dealers.
• Discuss job site requirements including unloading, handling, and completion dates.
• Contract administration: prepare documents and communicate with legal and contractors.
• Research national accounts targets and opportunities for commercial and residential business.
• Support national account sales team with prospecting and account management.
