Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project coordination or operations support.
• Experience managing orders, customer requests, or work queues.
• Experience coordinating across internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse or Operations.
• Background in electrical distribution, lighting or construction preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and client portals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of customer projects, orders, timelines, and material logistics.
• Manage active queue of requests and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Enter quotes and orders in ERP ensuring pricing aligns with agreements.
• Track project progress, material availability, shipping status, and delivery milestones.
• Communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, manufacturers, and sales.
• Review material requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Navigate ERP and project tools to maintain accurate data.
• Identify execution issues and escalate with context and next steps.
• Support Senior Coordinators and Managers with updates.
• Build product knowledge through training and learning.
• Contribute to a consistent customer experience with accurate execution.
• Maintain professional relationships reflecting company values.
